Dr. Gupta is a seasoned Polymer Technologist with experience in both academia and industry. He earned his Master's degree, Postgraduate Diploma, and Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. Dr. Gupta's excellent academic performance in the PGD-CTM course earned him a Gold Medal for achieving a meritorious rank. Dr. Gupta currently serves as an Assistant Professor in Plastics and Polymer Engineering at the School of Engineering, Plastindia International University, Vapi.

Dr. Gupta has specialized in the field of polymers since 2002. He has 10+ years of industrial and academic experience in training/leadership/techno-managerial positions in polymer compounding, processing, and composites. Dr. Gupta has successfully handled consultancy projects and has edited one book in industrial applications of polymer composites. He has more than 30 international publications to his credit in peer-reviewed journals and books with reputed publishers (Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, Springer, etc.).
