Prof. Tushar V. Mohite-Patil has worked as a senior lecturer in Industrial Electronics Department and is currently the Head of Department (HOD) of the Medical Electronics department at Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s Polytechnic, College Campus, Thane, Maharashtra, India.

The subjects he has taught throughout his career are Basic Electronics, Applied Electronics, Digital Electronics, Communication Systems, Electrical Technology, Electronic Instruments, Microprocessor, Instrumentation & Control, Electronic Circuit Design, Industrial & Power Electronics, Microcontroller 8051, C language, Medical Imaging and Electrical Networks.

He has published a text book on ‘Digital Techniques and Application’ and has organised and conducted a programme for supervisors of ‘Aplab’ company. Prof. Mohite has presented a technical paper on Impact of Globalisation and IT Revolution on Technical Education at National level and has also received appreciation letters from institute on securing 100% results in subjects taught.

Prof. Tushar V. Mohite-Patil is known to have prepared laboratory manuals on subjects on Digital techniques & application, instrumentation & control system and principle of digital techniques. He has worked as coordinator for curriculum revision project for Medical electronics branch. He has been a member of interview panel in MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education) on different committees and organised a national conference on topic “Advancement in medical instrumentation” on Sept.19,2009 and IoTReconnecting world on 15 Dec 2018.
